GET Home Inspections
There are dozens of reasons for wanting to buy a home, whether you’re a family outgrowing your current living space, a retiree hoping to find a permanent residence, or a vacationer who travels to Minnesota frequently enough to want something more sensible than a short-term rental. Whatever your personal motivation may be, GET Home Inspections is standing by to take care of all your home inspection needs.
DIGITAL INSPECTION REPORTS
One aspect of our company that sets us apart is our expedited, personalized inspection reports—we encourage every client to join us on-site at the end of a home inspection so that we can present and discuss your inspection report in person.
INSPECTION WALK THROUGH
In addition to providing an on-site inspection summary, we’ll also take time to personally walk you through each area of the home so that you’re able to understand precisely how the home’s condition is affected by any deficiencies we discovered.
YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
If you have questions to ask after receiving your inspection report, our home inspectors go the extra mile to ensure that you receive the help you need—just give our office a call at any time, and we’ll be with you as quickly as possible to address any questions or concerns.
Greg E. Theis
Certified Home Inspector
Greg E. Theis is the owner and lead inspector of GET Home Inspections. Before he became certified as a professional home inspector, Greg worked in construction for 30 years, owning and operating a company that specialized in home remodeling. Knowing that Greg was a dependable expert when it comes to matters of home construction and maintenance, local realtors began to approach him for his counsel—and this is what spurred Greg to start his own home inspection business. For over a decade now, Greg has been an asset to home buyers, improving their knowledge of a home’s condition so that they’re able to keep unwanted surprises in check once a buying decision is final.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Greg enjoys riding his motorcycle and relaxing out by the lake. Greg also serves on the board of a local hospice care provider.
Certified Home Inspector
Robb is the associate inspector for GET Home Inspections. When Robb was hired by GET Home Inspections, it was because he clearly shared the same passions and values on which the company was founded. Robb loves the investigative nature of the work, and he’s driven by his desire to help home buyers become more knowledgeable about the condition of a property. There are many elements to successfully negotiating a home purchase, but being aware of what’s in store by buying a home as-is couldn’t be more important—and Robb strives to ensure that all of his clients know what to expect so that they have the confidence to negotiate their own terms.
Outside of work, Robb coaches baseball practices and spends a great deal of time helping his children with various extracurricular activities.
